Pricing questions, answered.

The hourly rate covers your caregiver's time and care services. Separately, you'll cover standard travel expenses: flights, accommodation, and meals for the caregiver during the trip. These are booked transparently at cost — no markup.
Each caregiver is credentialed and verified before being listed. Basic companions hold travel companion certification, Enhanced companions hold current CPR/First Aid certifications, and Medical companions hold active RN or LPN licenses. You filter and browse by tier when searching.
Caregivers set their own rates within the tier range. You'll see each caregiver's specific rate on their profile. Booking is handled through the platform to ensure both parties are protected.
Minimum bookings are typically 4 hours for local day trips and 2 days for overnight or travel journeys. This ensures the caregiver's time is fairly compensated for travel and preparation.
Payment is released within 3 business days of trip completion. You keep 75–85% of the booking fee depending on your caregiver tier and booking volume. Payments are made via direct deposit.
No separate platform fee for clients. The hourly rate you see is what you pay. A service fee is built into the published rate — you'll never see a surprise charge at checkout.
